He specializes in Design Build Data centers for high profile, Hi-Tech customers, including scheduling, scope, risk, and resource management, with a focus on problem solving, avoidance, and mitigation. Ryck has been involved in all aspects of business practices within the construction industry, participating with executives and principals, from concept to commissioning. Ryck has experience as an executive Portfolio Management, as well as Program and Project Management; leading Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, marketing and procurement staff in addition to field staff in excess of one hundred. He is an experienced Project Manager, expert in planning of complex technical and accelerated programs/projects.
